Stratford Capital Group Names Miles Hapgood Senior Vice President
Peabody, Massachusetts, March 26, 2010: (“Stratford Capital”) is pleased to announce the hiring of industry veteran Miles M. Hapgood, III.
Miles M. Hapgood, III has joined Stratford Capital as Senior Vice President. He is a member of Stratford Capital’s affordable housing property acquisitions team, focused on property acquisitions nationwide.
With over 20-years experience in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit industry, Mr. Hapgood brings highly recognized leadership, strong interpersonal skills and 30 plus years of real estate experience to the position. His background includes originating, structuring and closing all types of affordable housing projects. Prior to joining Stratford Capital, he served as vice president and principal for a major national affordable housing syndication firm for over 29-years. He holds a Bachelors degree from Babson College.
Stratford Capital is a four year old Boston based real estate investment and development firm whose principals have over 100 years of combined experience in all aspects of affordable and conventional multifamily rental housing. Stratford Capital’s current multifamily rental housing portfolio consists of 5,648 units in fifteen states and the District of Columbia.
